But what if the foods you think are healthy are actually harming you? Without knowing what foods you’re allergic to or sensitive to, you could be exposing yourself to inflammation triggers every single day, making it harder to achieve your goals.

Food reactions can come in many forms, and people often mistake food reactions for other symptoms. Some people are even misdiagnosed with conditions like IBS when food allergies and sensitivities are the true cause.

We’re nutritionists and food fanatics who have a passion for helping people identify their food allergies and food sensitivities. We know how hard it can be to sift through all of the different nutritional advice out there, finally find a diet you feel is going to work for you, only to still be left suffering with symptoms, inflammation, and a lack of progress. Food allergies and sensitivities are a common hidden cause of inflammation, and testing for them is the easiest and most effective way to know exactly what you should avoid so your body can thrive. Reactiv Foods wants to make food allergy and sensitivity testing accessible for everyone, so we can all reach optimal health naturally.

Getting Started Is Easy:

Many people live with daily discomfort without realizing food may be the root cause. The P88 Dietary Antigen Test identifies how your body reacts to specific foods, giving you clear answers instead of leaving you guessing. You can stop randomly eliminating foods and start making informed decisions that truly support your health.

This isn’t just a list of foods, it’s actionable insight. Your results reveal which foods may be contributing to inflammation, digestive distress, skin issues, fatigue, or other chronic symptoms. Instead of trying every new diet trend hoping for results, you’ll understand what your body uniquely needs, allowing you to take focused, effective steps forward.

Stop Guessing
Many people spend years experimenting with elimination diets, cutting out various foods, or following conflicting advice online which is frustrating and time-consuming. With the P88 Dietary Antigen Test, you get clear, personalized answers. No more second-guessing every meal. Just real results and a smarter path forward.

Have you ever tried supplements, programs, or lifestyle changes that didn’t seem to work? Hidden food allergies and sensitivities are often the missing link. Our testing provides the insight needed to reduce inflammation, support digestion, and improve results, so you finally start moving in the right direction.

Smarter Nutrition Decisions
Generic nutrition advice doesn’t work for everyone. When you know exactly which foods your body tolerates and which it doesn’t, your choices become simpler and more strategic. Meals become easier to plan, symptoms become easier to manage, and optimal health becomes far more achievable.

What Are We Testing For?
IgE antibodies are responsible for classic, immediate food allergy reactions. When your immune system mistakenly identifies a food as harmful, IgE triggers symptoms that can happen quickly such as swelling, hives, itching, and difficulty breathing. Measuring IgE helps identify foods that may cause rapid and potentially serious allergic responses.
IgG antibodies are linked to delayed immune reactions that can occur hours or even days after eating certain foods. These responses are often more subtle and may contribute to symptoms like bloating, headaches, fatigue, joint pain, brain fog, skin issues, and digestive discomfort. Because these reactions are delayed, they’re often difficult to identify without testing.
C3D is part of the complement system, which is a component of your immune system that can amplify inflammation. When triggered alongside food sensitivities, C3D can intensify symptoms and increase the body’s inflammatory response. Elevated C3D levels may indicate that certain foods are triggering a stronger immune reaction than expected.
IgG4 plays a regulatory role in the immune system and helps balance IgE-driven reactions. Healthy levels of IgG4 can help control allergic responses by reducing histamine release. However, both low and excessively high levels may be associated with immune imbalance. Measuring IgG4 provides additional insight into how your body responds to specific foods and whether poor immune function may be a factor.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Chronic Gut Issues
Recurring gas, cramping, diarrhea, or constipation may be connected to specific foods triggering an immune response. Identifying those foods can help reduce digestive distress and support better gut function.

Skin Conditions (Eczema, Acne, Rashes)
Your skin reflects what’s happening internally. Food-triggered immune reactions can contribute to inflammation that shows up as breakouts, redness, rashes, itching, or chronic irritation.

Certain foods may activate immune pathways that contribute to inflammation and vascular changes associated with headaches. For some individuals, removing trigger foods significantly reduces frequency and severity.

If you constantly feel drained, hidden food sensitivities may be contributing to ongoing immune activation and systemic inflammation, which can leave you feeling exhausted and tired.

Inflammatory responses triggered by food can impact cognitive function, focus, and memory. Many people report improved mental sharpness after identifying and removing trigger foods.

Chronic, unexplained aches may be worsened by inflammatory reactions to certain foods. Reducing immune-triggering foods can support improved mobility and decrease joint and muscle inflammation.

The gut and immune system are closely connected to brain function and mood stability. Food-triggered inflammation may contribute to mood swings, irritability, and increased stress responses.

Frequent congestion, post-nasal drip, or sinus pressure can sometimes be linked to food-related immune reactions, especially in those with underlying allergies.

For individuals with autoimmune conditions, certain foods may act as immune triggers that worsen inflammation and exacerbate symptoms. Identifying these triggers can be an important part of a broader management plan.

Chronic inflammation and digestive disruption can interfere with metabolism, nutrient absorption, and hormone balance, making weight regulation more difficult.

Chronic inflammation from food sensitivities and allergies can interfere with neurological function and contribute to ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and other behavior change symptoms.

Inflammation from food sensitivities and allergies can disrupt gut microbiome health and decrease nutrient absorption. Removing inflammatory food triggers can increase nutrient levels in the body.

Food allergies involve an immune system IgE antibody reaction which typically causes immediate symptoms. Food sensitivities involve an immune system IgG antibody reaction which can cause delayed symptoms. Food intolerances are non-immune reactions which involve the body not having adequate amounts of digestive enzymes to break down various foods.
The P-88 Dietary Antigen Test by Precision Point Diagnostics measures over 350+ immune complexes. This test measures food allergy and food sensitivity antibodies of IgE, IgG, IgG4, and C3D immune pathways for 88 different foods.
Most food sensitivity tests only measure IgG antibodies and not IgE, IgG4, and C3D immune pathways. By not testing these other immune pathways in the body, you may not get a complete picture of how foods are impacting your health.
Both types of testing can detect food allergy-specific antibodies but differ in method, speed, and safety. Skin prick testing can be administered in an allergist office where a patient receives tiny skin pricks with an allergen to determine if there is a reaction. An IgE blood test measures IgE antibodies to various foods to determine if there is an inflammatory reaction in the body. Both types of testing can provide answers on food allergies.
